In August 2017 we invited library email list subscribers to complete a survey requesting descriptions of website/catalog features made possible as a result of switching to linked data based technology; in our talk we will go into some detail about this process of distilling a feature list from the survey responses.  We will then describe how we used the Kano model method to measure how these features resonate with staff and patron population samples.
