Virginia Commonwealth University Libraries is currently doing a one year pilot for a Web User Experience Working Group that we hope is the solution to many common problems in the typical "Web Team" model. Rather than serve as a governing or managing body, the mission of the team is not to make decisions, but to work: to assist in usability testing, learn how to interpret analytics and improve intra-institutional communication about all things web.
