D18-01: Retrofitting first-year English critical thinking and information literacy instruction sessions for remote digital presentation, while maintaining an engaged and interactive user experience.

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

This talk will cover the transition of presentation and assessment materials in a highly successful first-year instruction program from in-person to online. It will introduce what is working, what is not, what had to be cut, and what was added as a necessary supplement. Specifically, it will cover our main goal; don't negatively impact the user experience.
